What Is a Here's A Coffee Voucher?

Brilliant first question!
A Here's A Coffee voucher is a digital voucher delivered to you which you can use, in your own time, to claim a free coffee from any of our expanding network of Here's A Coffee coffee shops. The voucher is also transferabble and if we encourage you to even think about using the voucher as an opportunity to 'pay it forward' to a fellow colleague or friend if you feel they did something which deserves a little coffee pick-me-up!

I Received an Email Saying I Got a Voucher... What Do I Do?

Super easy! Vouchers will be delivered to your Open Box email address. All you need to do is download the mobile app (iOS and Android), or visit the Website, and sign-up with your same Open Box email address to claim the voucher (All future vouchers will appear in this account going forward).

How Do I Download the App?

On iOS - Search 'Here's A Coffee'

How Do I Sign-Up?

You can create your account, using your Open Box email address, on the mobile apps or website. When creating an account for the first time, it is required that you verify your email address before being able to use your vouchers. Please check your email account after signing up, and if you have troubles receiving your email please contact - hello@heresacoffee.com

Where Can I Use My Voucher?

You can use your voucher at any of the Here's A Coffee partner shops, which are expanding constantly. In the area, we have partnered with Bootlegger Coffee in Tokai to help service the Open Box family. They serve great coffee and have an awesome menu of breakfast and lunch eats, so we definitely recommened you check them out!

How Do I Use My Voucher?

• Before you can use your voucher, you need to download the mobile app for your phone and create and verify your account.
• Once you have the app downloaded and your account shows your voucher, you can go to one of the partner shops highlighted in the in-app map (we recommend Bootlegger Tokai!).
• When you arrive at the coffee shop, you should see a Here's A Coffee QR code placed near the counter (ask the friendly waiter for it if you dont see it). Use the SCAN option in the app to scan the QR code. This will present you a list of drinks for which you can redeem for.
• Choose an item from the list - your voucher will be verified on the system, and thats it! The coffee shop will get a notification that the transaction was successful, and they will process your order for you.
• Enjoy your coffee!

What can I get with my voucher?

Your coffee voucher will get you, at the very least, a flat white or cappucino and generally an assortment of other items from the menu. Each coffee shop will have their own menu, so you should find something that tickles your coffee fancy!

How Long is my Voucher Valid For?

We want you to use your voucher, and so voucher's delivered by Open Box is usable within the month of it being gifted and it is encouraged you make use of it during this time, or pass it on! (Voucher's you personally gift other people though do not carry this limitation)

I'm Not A Big Coffee Drinker... What Should I Do?

Not a problem! Your given coffee voucher can also act as a little 'thanks' token which you can pass on to a collegaue or friend who you think would enjoy it! Spread the love!

How Do I Forward The Voucher to Another Person?

Right now this ability is only available via the Website. Once you are logged in, click on the 'Vouchers' menu option where you will see a list of all your current vouchers. Alongside a voucher you will see the option to 'Forward' the voucher. Just enter a friend's email address, add a little message if you wish, and then send it off!

I Want To Buy a Voucher For Somebody Else. How Can I?

Just as easy! In the app, or website, you will see the option to Gift a Coffee using an email address or contact name. Then add a thoughtful message if you wish, and you will be taken to SnapScan payment screen to buy the voucher. Then that's it! We will notify the recipient of your gift, and there will be smiles all round!
